Herbal “teas” are actually herbal infusions or tisanes that are made from a variety of different plants, but not the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Popular for their medicinal and calming qualities, they have unique flavors and are all caffeine-free.

Organic and Fair Trade Redbush
An herb gathered for centuries in the Cape area of South Africa by the Khoisan people, and first harvested by Western Imperialists at the beginning of the 20th Century, this beloved, highly health promoting tea has a rich body and fills the mouth like a black tea, but is an herbal and is naturally caffeine free. In fact, it is cultivated and processed in the same way as tea, though it is an herbal tisane. Tiny red-brown needles with a sweet, earthy and slightly fruity flavor produce a brick-red infusion in the cup.
For a totally herbal chai experience, try our blend of rooibos tea with our Masala spice of cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, clove, fennel, and orange peel. Served with milk and local honey on the side.

Tulsi basil is an herb known as the “mother medicine of nature.” Grown in south India, Tulsi, “holy basil” is sure to stimulate and awaken the crown chakra. It is exceptionally good for cleansing and immunity, and has a slight spicy flavor. Drink for prosperity!
Organic Tulsi Basil simmered with milk or soy milk or rice milk and organic sugar. A rich, creamy infusion topped with cardamom!
A succulent blend of jasmine, rose petals, violet leaf, rosehips, hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger, orange peel, star anise and cloves. This slightly tart combination of herbs and spices makes a beautiful red infusion in the cup.

TAMIM MUSHROOM TEAS
Sustainably grown mushroom and herbal tea blends
Tamim Teas locally sources mushrooms that have been used in healing traditions from around the world.
Often referred to as the ‘king of mushrooms’ in many Asian cultures, it’s a prized symbol of longevity and a traditional folk remedy to relax and soothe. The earthiness of shiitake mushroom gently mingles with bright ginger, lemongrass and lemon peel, and ends with a smooth finish of a delicate green and red rooibos blend.
Once reserved only for royalty, it’s the oldest mushroom known to have been used therapeutically. Honeybush is blended with cinnamon, reishi mushroom, orange peel and red rooibos for a heartwarming aroma and a naturally sweet flavor.
