Qimen, “Great Gate,” refers to the town and district of the same name in Anhui province, where it is cultivated near the Yangtze River and served in town as a welcome for dignitaries. The vermilion and smoky brew is bold and full-bodied with hints of chocolate and roasted chestnuts. Perfect for mind opening, heart opening, or any occasion of clarity and liberation.
