Remote tasting and brewing workshop covering teas not often tasted in our workshops from the Six Classes!
A hands-on workshop in brewing and tasting teas from 5 of the 6 classes, not often tasted! We explore white, green, yellow, oolong, black and pu-er teas, and how tea, time and temperature are of the utmost importance when brewing.
This hands-on, over zoom brew class will give you brew techniques so you will never have a bitter brew again!
We will ship you the tea samples, or you can pick them up at our store on Exchange Street in Portland during business hours.
If you need a handled strainer, we can provide one, just choose that option.
Brew at home wherever you are (US only) and ask questions through this interactive remote learning opportunity.
