The 3-4 shifts Tuesdays – Saturdays, 2-6:15PM and are required on a weekly basis.

- Dishwashing of delicate teaware, glassware, plates, silverware, trays and other brewing ware in a 3-bay sink
- Bussing tables during busiest times (Sat)
- Prepping and Assembling food plates, if time allows
