A traditional dish, popular in the Middle East, made from chickpeas, sesame tahini, roasted garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. It is sprinkled with Lebanese zaatar seasoning, and served with warm pita bread and slices of fresh, organic vegetables. (Available gluten free with rice crackers.)
DAHAB (Available GF)
Warmed pita bread served with creamy goat cheese seasoned with cardamom, fresh slices of tomatoes, and a bowl of gourmet olives. (Available gluten free with rice crackers.)
BABYLON (Available GF & V)
A savory couscous blended with chopped black olives, fresh tomato, olive oil, feta cheese and gomasio seasoning. (Available gluten free with rice, and vegan by substituting feta cheese for cucumbers.)
MEZZE PLATE (Available GF)
Warmed pita, hummus seasoned with zaatar and olive oil, two dolmas, and a bowl of gourmet olives. (Available gluten free with rice crackers.)
Our own version of a piz’za! With goat cheese, olives, green onions, tomatoes, olives and za’atar and oregano.

MISO SOUP (V)
From the South River Miso Company and made from chickpeas (no soy). This soup is great for nourishing the body. Garnished with chopped scallions and wakame.

TAKADASAN RICE (Available V)
Japanese rice blended with furikake, a traditional rice seasoning, developed while our Japanese tea supplier was here in March 2012. Served with tamari on the side. (Available with vegan (no bonito) furikake seasoning.
PITA JERUSALEM (Vegan with coconut butter option) Warmed pita bread lightly buttered with a generous dusting of cinnamon and organic sugar.
CASABLANCA (Available GF)
A sweet couscous dish blended with local honey, cinnamon-sugar, roasted mixed nuts, and organic fruits. Healthy and refreshing! (Available gluten free with rice.)
SWEET RICE (GF & V)
Japanese rice mixed with sliced almonds, raisins, coconut butter, and local maple syrup. Topped with a dusting of cinnamon.
Orange and apple slices drizzled with honey, sprinkled with coconut and cinnamon, and finished with a splash of rosewater.
